I went scrounging for recipes yesterday since I've not cooked much with them before.
Decided to try this:

Some modifications - used chives instead of green onions, used about 50/50 carrot with turnip, and added some golden raisins.

The slaw looks great!
I used a few, sliced them thin like scallop potatoes, and tucked them in all around the edge of the pot of chicken and sausage cacciatore, with loads of fresh oregano.
The last 2 I'm going to julienne and quick pickle for budda bowls.
I’ll will certainly try this recipe. I’m going to try roasting them tonight for supper.
